If you are unable to attend your appointment please can you cancel at least 24 hours before the day/time of your treatment. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your session or fail to attend your confirmed appointment you will be required to pay £20 of the cost of the treatment.

If the cancellation of an appointment is made by Smart Massage due to adverse weather conditions or sickness, an alternative date will be rearranged as soon as possible.
