For your first sports massage treatment you will need to allow up to 1.5 hours, as I have to understand and write down your medical history. This is to ensure that massage is the correct treatment for you and to work within your current health needs.

I will also carry out a posture assessment and some tests on your muscles so I can plan the best treatment for you. All treatments after that can be booked for whatever time and price you feel is the most appropriate option for your particular problem/need.

Payment via cash, card or bank transfer.  A receipt is available on request.

All special offer treatment packages must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.

If you do not cancel or fail to attend your confirmed appointment you will be required to pay 50% of the cost of treatment.
